Today I am smoking the West Tampa Tobacco Co White from Rick Rodriguez. I got the opportunity to sit down with Rick and his daughter Sara at the PCA Trade Show just over a week ago and talk a little more about what they are doing. Rick's energy at the show was like a new person. You can tell how excited he is to have his daughter working with him on this new venture. For those that don't know (who doesn't know this?!), Rick left his position with CAO Cigars earlier this year and retired from the cigar industry. Well, that retirement didn't last long as he announced his new company shortly after. Rick launched with 2 lines, the White and the Black, with similar blends.

Sounds like some good cigars! That had to be a kind of peppery cigar and good and bold.
